I've been going to oasis Chinatown location for atleast a decade now and it's normally my go to boba shop. unfortunately we now have to yell our orders for the cashiers to hear us and if you want food, don't bother. after 31 minutes of waiting for popcorn chicken I asked about our order and they said they haven't even started on it and that it's going to be another 10-15 min. If the wait is going to be 40+min for food then there should be better communication between the staff...read full review
recurring problem of fries too salty to eat. cannot/ will not adjust salt level.
For under 20 bucks you can get a bomb chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a boba. And it's good. The staff is great. The U district location is a fave.
