The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always happy to provide recommendations or suggest alternatives to suit customers' preferences. The tea is stored in clear jars and packaged in clear plastic, which may not be ideal for preserving the tea's quality. While the selection of teaware is limited, the Assam tea is reported to be excellent.
