Nice and convenient place for breakfast. The service was kind, prompt and efficient. The breakfast was just regular, eggs etc., but the breakfast potatoes were outstanding! Perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, soft and hot inside. Clearly fresh, none of that frozen nonsense. Somebody in that kitchen really knows their potatoes, I was very impressed!
I recently had the chance to stop by RBG Bar & Grill, aka Bow Lake Provisions, and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience with a few small things that stood out.
From the moment you arrive, the place has a welcoming, laid-back vibe that feels both local and thoughtfully curated. It’s the kind of spot that seems to balance comfort food with a slightly elevated twist, and that definitely shows in the menu.

Don't let the fact that this restaurant is in a hotel detour you... it's amazing. Food is delicious, service is stellar, and the price is right. I went for breakfast and dinner in one week. The stuffed French toast was some of the best I've had in Seattle, and for dinner I had the burger with Dejion and caramelized onions. super tasty. Just wish I had room for dessert. Maybe next time. They had the football games on at the bar, so I had cocktails to end the night...
