This is a very good bistro. I know they count themselves a steak house but with no linens, no baked potato, no Caesar salad, this can't be a steak house. Also the ambiance doesn't show itself as a steak house. Nonetheless, it's a nice restaurant. The service is fantastic except maybe the manager who can be less than approachable. The ribeye was melt in your mouth perfection. The salad crisp and light. The beets with that cream...that cream...so delicious 😋....

A must go again. Our server was so professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu. His pairing suggestion with our steak enhanced the meal. In addition, he and the chefs were super to ensure they understood my food allergies.

Red Cow is a fantastic restaurant where you can enjoy truly delicious food, excellent wine, and outstanding service.
Even when I made the reservation, the staff patiently answered all of my questions. Every dish was incredibly tasty, and the wine pairings were superb. What impressed me the most was the thoughtful and attentive care from our server throughout the evening.
