If you forgive them for it being encapsulated within a hotel and the knock on the ambience that comes with it... Spencer's is a fine establishment with attentive servers, a robust menu, and a deft-handed barkeep.
While I'm sure there's no menu item that is so impressive that makes it a destination to remember... The meal we had was perfectly prepared and served with care by staff who took a genuine interest in us having a great meal.
Thank you for having us!!!

Theresa our server was great! Extremely kind, courteous and prompt to get us tasty food and drink after a very long day of traveling
The restaurant does not offer all the items listed on the online menu. The seafood offerings, except oysters (I hope) were are frozen or from cans. Is Seattle not on the water?
Entree prices were high for the offerings. The wine list was limited, but fairly priced.
The Server made great efforts to meet our requests.

Spencer's for Steaks and Chops offers a high-end dining experience with excellent food, though it comes at a price. The restaurant provides great service, and the meals are delicious and worth a visit. The breakfast menu includes pleasant surprises like Greek yogurt and granola. The chef's board appetizer is a must-try, and the farmer's salad is a tasty light lunch option. Steak frites and lamb shank are recommended entrees. While the portions may be considered small for the price, the food is well-prepared, and the servers are friendly. The restaurant has a cozy bar and a nice dining area with TVs, creating a great atmosphere for guests. Recent reviews mention helpful staff, especially a knowledgeable server who made the visit special, and highlight the good quality of food. The salmon cake was described as the best ever, and the salmon pasta dish was very tasty. The jumbo shrimp scampi was also enjoyed. Though the prices are high, the food quality makes the experience worthwhile.
