So I am not sure why the reviews are low. We had an exceptional dinner with great service. Compliments to Chef Joey on both the fillet and the shrimp. Both done just right and the sides were delicious! Our server was excellent as well. Five stars for the Hilton Spencer’s!
Spicy shrimp pasta was great. Crispy salmon, skin was not crispy. Fries were cold. Asked for the fries to be hot when making the order. Dessert , crème brûlée and cheesecake were excellent! Would have rated higher if the salmon dish was better.
