Sprout

This place has a great and customizable menu. They have a really cool, sustainable model. We were able to make basically any menu item into a vegan meal. Portions are a good size, so we each had leftovers. Their dressings are very tasty. All napkins, silverware, bowls, etc are compostable.

Okay, I cheated on Evergreens. But I mean, I just had a meeting in Smith Tower and it was cold and rainy and I was starving and etc and etc. And, remember on that episode on Friends when Joey tells Phoebe that if you're gonna cheat, make sure to cheat with someone really, really hot? LOVE Sprout! I love their salad, wraps and soups! Sprout is the place to go if you need your healthy greens. The staff are always sooo friendly and helpful - got a complimentary drink and piece of bread once! The inside is super clean and bright. I go here at least twice a week for lunch. I mostly get the salads and soups (I've gotten a wrap once and enjoy salads more). You can get what is on the menu or come up with your own idea.
