Starbucks Reviews
I’ve come to prefer Vietnamese coffee—whether it’s the milk coffee or the coconut version—even though I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for a few decades. Across my visits throughout the US and Asia, I’ve only had one or two bad experiences. Their coffee and food are consistently the same, and we do enjoy their breakfast sandwiches, which are our go‑to on road trips. Overall, the service has usually been good, and they maintain their...read full review
A little slow when only 3 people waiting?
Probably the friendliest, most efficient and clean Bux I've been to. They know me by name. I alternate between here and the local shop close by because I love the staff.

Starbucks Coffee Company at the Green Lake neighborhood is a decent-sized, spacious chain with all the usual decor of the brand, located at a busy intersection near Green Lake park. It offers indoor and outdoor seating on two levels, making it convenient for customers to relax or enjoy the view. The staff here are generally very sweet, knowing regular customers by name and providing quick, consistent service. They are attentive, remaking drinks when needed and offering real cups for sit-down coffee, which adds a nice touch. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, especially those who visit frequently or stop by on the go for drinks, sandwiches, or pastries.
However, the store has some issues. The interior feels run down, dirty, and in need of renovation, with filthy tables and booths that often appear grimy. Customer service from management can be inconsistent, with some staff being rude or dismissive. Noise from loud music can be overwhelming, making conversations difficult even with noise-canceling headphones. Parking is limited, and prices are considered high for the quality offered. The environment is not as relaxing as it could be, with some staff playing loud music and a lack of soothing background sounds like Brazil Samba or New Age Water, which would match the area's peaceful vibe.
Food options include salads, snack boxes, and sandwiches, though the menu could benefit from more vegetarian and vegan choices. The store has tested new food items but often removes them quickly. Customers suggest bringing back popular salads and snack boxes, and adjusting portion sizes like milk servings. Despite some shortcomings, the location's community and beautiful scenery make it a popular spot, though improvements in management, cleanliness, and menu variety would enhance the overall experience.
