Starbucks is always a great place to grab a coffee or a designer blend. Quick snacks are also available, as expected. There is lots of seating, with a positive Outlets, though. This particular bathroom was a little dirty. The employees were super helpful, patients and readily customized my drink selection.
Amazing Customer Service - I moved to Ballard few months ago. Every single time I have been here the customer service has been outstanding, very engaged, authentic conversation. Ownership/accountability - i had a problem with the app, Fia one of the Barista's just apologized for the experience, verified my purchase, got my drink, rather than just say "sorry we dont see it in our system" - which is what has happened in other locations.I was working in the corner, sunlight hitting...read full review
