My new favorite omakase restaraunt, having been to several places in Japan and NYC, and almost every high-end spot in Seattle. I'm biased towards creative flavors! Every fish was SUPER tender (the salmon is the most tender I've ever had, and that's saying something for Seattle!) and the variety flavors and textures is a really fun experience. Our drinks were delicious. And the employees are very kind!

Awesome chefs! You definitely get your moneys worth if you love a more casual omakase experience chatting with the chefs. Chef nacho shared with us some tips on sushi rice and was super friendly, which elevated the experience above the other omakases in the area.
