This Kaiseki Sushi restaurant opened on 9/1/2022. An extension of several prior US restaurants. Supply chain for fish excellent. Some fascinating sake (we enjoyed a 1990 bottling, very sherry-like). Staff were exuberant. We did enjoy some Japanese whiskey, too.
GREAT sushi and service. My only comment was that it was a rushed event too much food and wonderful drinks to consum in 90 minutes. Either less food or a better suggestion make it 2 hours.
Such an amazing experience! It was my son’s 17th birthday and he wanted something special! Well they definitely exceeded his expectations…. The whole staff made this night such a special Experience!!!
