for the new product: The coconut shrimp tacos sound incredible... However there were only two prawns and there was no evidence of coconut.. the two sauces made it soggy.
For the restaurant: service was friendly however I was watching orders get mixed up right and left.
I love Taco Time but this location is so inept I don't even know where to begin. The employees are super slow, clearly do not know what they are doing, and receive little assistance from superiors. You'll likely wait a ridiculous amount of time and your order will either be wrong or missing items. Hopefully corporate can step in and reboot this location.
As much as I love their food, their customer service skills are lacking. I ordered sweet potato mexi fries and not only did I get that, but I got large regular mexi fries too. Plus the guy who is taking orders acts like he would rather be somewhere else. That’s not an attractive quality for a store’s reputation.

Taco Time serves fresh and great food. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to get customers good food fast. The atmosphere is nice and the ingredients are fresh. Customers like the taco burger and the Casita platter, although some think the Casita platter has less meat than before. The chicken soft taco and tater fries, also known as mexi-fries, are also popular. Taco Time is under new management and has returned to its roots, serving fresh and tasty food with friendly service. However, there was an incident where a customer did not receive ice with their fountain beverage and many drink options were not available, which was disappointing. Overall, Taco Time is a place where customers can get fast and efficient food, and the employees deserve praise for their good customer service. The restaurant is looking forward to its 62nd anniversary and will have a deal on crisp tacos in October.
