Food and drinks are amazing 😀
Best carnitas I’ve had in Seattle, and I’m picky. Their chile relleno burrito is an amazing experience if you are in the mood for it. Not the best location but no complaints about the food.
California Burrito was great! Can’t beat fries in a burrito. They also had a good veggie burrito option.

Taqueria Los Potrillos 7 is a food truck known for excellent food. Best carnitas in Seattle, with a chile relleno burrito that is an amazing experience. They serve legit fresh tacos, including crunchy quesabirria tacos, chorizo tacos, carnitas tacos, and steak tacos, all very good with reasonable prices. Tamales are hard to find at a food truck, but theirs are delicious with generous portions. The carnitas enchiladas are a personal favorite. The staff is friendly, pleasant, and helpful, and food is prepared in a timely manner. They have a nice covered patio area with seating, and a clean, organized condiments area. Recently, they added a salsa bar to help yourself. The only minor negative is yellow jack cheese is used as a topping on the beans and some entrees, instead of cotija cheese. Overall, the food is fire, quick, and delicious, and the staff is always on point.
