Authentic Northern Chinese noodle 👍 noodles are fresh. Have tried the chili oil one (in the pic) and the lamb soup one (not spicy). Both very decent 👍 the owner checked in with me multiple times to ensure everything’s okay. For beverage, their soy milk 豆浆is a must order.

Absolutely delicious! I stopped by Taste of Xi'an and was blown away by the authentic flavors. The Biang Biang noodles were perfectly chewy, and the chili oil had just the right amount of kick without being overwhelming. We also tried some of the Chinese BBQ skewers, which were incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. The service was quick, and it’s a great, casual spot right near campus. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic Shaanxi cuisine

Loved the biang biang noodles and the skewers were amazing! The store had a lot of seating and we went at a busy time which made it quite loud. You order online by scanning a QR code and the waiters weren’t around much.
