The spicy cumin lamb noodles and the XLB were excellent 😁 They were quick to bring the food out as well. I definitely saw several other dishes that I'll have to come back to try.

Visited the University of Washington with my family to see the cherry blossoms, and a local taxi driver recommended this Xi’an-style restaurant. It turned out to be a fantastic surprise! The place was packed, and the food was incredibly delicious and diverse.
Highly recommend the lamb noodles, grilled skewers, Roujiamo (Chinese-style meat sandwich), and Yangrou Paomo (lamb soup with torn flatbread).
Big thanks to the owner and chefs for such amazing food!

The taste is too ordinary. I ordered the signature spicy noodles. The texture of the noodles is too meaty and not chewy at all. The meat buns are also bad. The cumin beef buns are bland. The Qishan Saozi buns are a bit salty. The soy milk is good.

This Xi’an snack shop offers authentic flavors! The liangpi is chewy and refreshing, the roujiamo is crispy and juicy, and every bite feels like home. Friendly service—highly recommended!

Great menu and filling portions.
The noodles were spicier than I anticipated so be prepared if you are not a big spice person.

This is my favorite Chinese food. Every time I come here from San Diego, I will come to this restaurant for my first meal. I have never been disappointed. I recommend this seafood hotpot and hot oil ramen.

I just walked in. There are many seats in the store so there is no need to queue. The food is delicious.

Food was okay but a bit on the salty side. The brisket was chewy and fatty. I personally wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

This is the most authentic Chinese food I've found in Seattle. The worst dishes were still competent and flavorful and the best dishes were sublime. The food was so good that a picky 8-year-old who normally avoids spice ate a huge portion of dry pepper chicken because it was simply that good.

Best fried rice I’ve had in the United States. Everything was delicious even though I ordered delivery so it had cooled down by the time it arrived. Plenty of food for leftovers.
Order: toasted bun with pork, pork fried rice, stir fried noodles with beef, soy milk
