Big ups to TBK for being so consistent and wonderful over the last two years since we first started eating here. A favorite part of my Sundays and I hate to miss it! Definitely a must as a local, and a daunting task for a visitor to find parking in Ballard.
The Bangalore Kitchen is a stall in Ballard Farmers Market. I have been hearing about this spot for a while now and was finally able to try this out.
I tried Idli and Sambhar. It felt light and good but not the best Sambhar. I loved the texture of idli but Sambhar didn't stood out.
I am pretty aware of Kartanaka Style Sambhar so maybe it was a bad day and maybe it wasn't their best batch.

This is the best South Indian food I’ve had from a shop in Seattle! The lamb kheema was so flavorful and delicious. And I like that they use reusable bowls and utensils. Highly recommend!
