I've been visiting The Wizard for maybe 4 years now and can't recommend this dive more highly. Good rotating taps, excellent (albeit simple/small) food menu, and generously poured cocktails.

It's a tough competition, but this is my favorite bar north of the montlake cut. Great bartenders, fun and interesting people to talk to, varied and often excellent music, and a great atmosphere. It's usually pretty quiet and they on an average night you're about as likely to see Godzilla on the TV as a baseball game. They do not have a huge variety of drinks, but what they have is usually very good.
