Vital Creations Vegan Bistro offers an unreal experience with love and intention in the food. The owner came out to chat and make guests feel welcome, going above and beyond for service. Every single thing tried was delicious, including the Bahn Mi and ODBV Sandwiches, which were AMAZING, full of flavor and creativity. Faves are the mozzarella sticks, Mac n cheese, and milkshakes. The BLAT, Smash burger, and Dragon Passion Punch were also great, with the smoothie being so delicious. The Philly steak sandwich was cooked to perfection. The tofu on the cabbage crunch salad is marinated to perfection. The chef shared favorite things on the menu, with evident passion and dedication. The Employees were very helpful and professional. From a true vegan, this is the best vegan food in Seattle, a new go-to restaurant for a big healthy meal and good smoothies or juices.
