Voila! Bistrot offers excellent food and accommodating staff. The Cassoulet is a bit salty, but the hanger steak is flavorful. The cozy ambiance is perfect for a meal, with friendly service and delicious puff pastries for dessert. Reservations are recommended for a quick seating. The restaurant is great for a birthday dinner or a casual night out.
The service is outstanding - personal and attentive, but not overbearing. The vibe is romantic and laid-back. The wine recommendation is perfect and goes well with the exceptional beet salad, the perfect beef stroganoff for recovering from Seattle's first false spring of the year, and the mouthwatering mussels in the Bleu cheese sauce. The portions are just right - large for Seattle, but sadly there is no room for dessert. The price tag matches the quality of the food, and the restaurant could afford to charge more and it would still be worth it.
Customers can also enjoy the restaurant's takeout options, including the excellent salmon, the delicious beef stew (French style, of course), and the satisfying ravioli. The bread is also a highlight. While the restaurant may be busy on special occasions like Valentine's Day, they strive to provide a refund promptly when they are unable to fulfill an order.
