This place's tofu never disappoints. Like ever. It's amazing. Also you always get your food super quick. It's ready to go on order basically, they keep it warm.
Just, sometimes they run out of stock, and just be mindful if you're a no egg veg (I know many who work in tech in this area are), it comes with a hardboiled egg, you can ask for that to be omitted. The egg though is good (I'm lacto-ovo so I've eaten it).

Sad they don’t have the dongpo pork anymore—they substituted it out for a char-Siu style braised pork. I prefer the fattier pork belly cut 🥹.
Otherwise tastes decent.
I’ve been to the Amazon Spheres location of this truck before, and it was amazing, so I had high expectations for this place. Happy to say it delivers the same level of quality

The dongpo pork is a favorite, with melt in your mouth fat and a really flavorful sauce. The fried chicken is very crispy and nicely flavored, and the lion's head meatball is soft and tender. The minced pork bento is also decent and popular. While the menu is limited, the quality and taste of the food make up for it.
