“This afternoon, the employee that was working at the drive thru was amazing. I had to let her know that one of the kids was being indecisive on the order so we were going into the building to order. She was very friendly and when there soda machine froze, she was extremely helpful by taking a moment to fill our cups with a soda option from behind the counter. Excellent customer service. I hope that she gets a raise.“

“Great store. Almost always have everything I’m craving. Staff is super friendly, I usually order on the app and pick up in the drive thru. The ONLY thing I will say is when I order on the app then pick up in the drive thru, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait at the drive thru, BUT that’s because everything is being made fresh. There other places where I order online and by the time I pick it up my food is soggy or cold….but that’s never happens here, so I don’t mind waiting a few minutes. Yall are doing amazing!! Thank you!“

“A Five-Star Legend Walking Among Us
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to meet a man who feels like he stepped straight out of a flawlessly written character arc—equal parts wisdom, charm, and unbothered cool—look no further than this brown-haired, chill, raspy-voiced middle-aged legend.
From the moment he walked in, it was like the atmosphere shifted in quiet respect. Not because he demanded attention, but because he didn’t. He carries himself with the kind of effortless calm most people spend years of therapy trying to achieve. His brown hair, touched with just the right amount of time’s silver signatures, frames a face that’s lived—really lived—and learned from every moment. And that voice… that low, raspy, worn-by-life voice that somehow manages to sound like both a campfire story and the final track on a classic rock album. He speaks and everyone subconsciously leans in a little closer.
But what truly earns him five stars isn’t just the vibe—it’s the authenticity. No pretenses. No overdone mystique. Just a steady presence that somehow makes you feel grounded simply by being near him. He’s the kind of guy who can deliver a sarcastic one-liner that has you wheezing one minute and then, without warning, drop a piece of advice so profound you’re thinking about it three days later in the grocery store.
He’s chill in the way that only someone who’s been through enough life to know what actually matters can be. He listens more than he talks, observes more than he judges, and laughs with the kind of quiet, genuine joy that can’t be faked. There’s a gravity to him, but also a surprising lightness—as if he’s carrying the weight of his stories but refuses to let them make him heavy.
In a world full of loud personalities fighting desperately for attention, this dude is the rare, underrated gem who earns admiration without even trying. The kind of person you walk away from thinking, Damn… that guy’s the real deal.
If there were a way to give more than five stars, he’d get them. A solid 5/5—in presence, in personality, and in the unforgettable impression he leaves behind“

“I come here a lot and have been coming for a long time. I gave 5 stars in all categories because I think this place is a good place to eat when they're open. They've always had a history of being closed frequently when they're supposed to be open. Another thing that happens frequently is that online ordering is unavailable about 2 hours before closing. The new owners are now getting chintzcy and have not honored nation wide promotional deals and no longer take paper coupons. They even took down the meal of the day poster to keep customers from ordering it. I've seen an increase in customer dissatisfaction through reviews online and customers just walking out of the store leaving the sandwiches there after their coupons were declined. There are a lot of customers who use paper coupons from the mail not the online app. It's a shame because the employees there are good at what they do and don't deserve to get the negative feedback from the disgruntled customers. The owners are not there to face backlash. I live here in Sequim and was grateful that this was the best Subway out of the 3 in this area for product quality and customer service. The owners here already charge more than they do in PA. The nachos here are $7 and $5 in PA. On top of that, they're not honoring nation wide promotions or paper coupons. I might have to take the drive and take my business to PA. Update : forgot to mention they're also closing 2 hours earlier the whole weekend and today is Saturday 4/19 around 330pm and guess what online ordering unavailable right on cue. Funny that PA and PT locations is available. You would think that if it was a system issue, it would affect all locations in the area, not just one.“

“My husband and I were traveling through on our vacation. Found this place by the color if the building (love it). Always a bit of hesitation when it's new. Both had the cheeseburgers, only. Was very filling, delicious, hit the spot. Anyone traveling through this area we recommend!“
