Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). Just wanted to give a shout out to Dairy Queen in Shelton. Their lobby was closed and we had a trailer so we couln't fit in the drive thru. They did not turn us away and let us place our order walking through. I have had to do this a few time in the past and was turned away from places in Tumwater (McDonalds and Taco Bell). Farm girls gotta eat too and majority of drive thru's are not big enough for trailers. Thank you so much for seeing our dilema and welcoming us. My dollars...read full review
Me and my family were just passing through town when we decided we were hungry. We first stopped at a local restaurant to get pizza but unfortunately they were sold out at 6:30pm and could no longer feed our hungry bellies. my middle child was very upset and was crying because she was hungry. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill provides a consistently good experience with friendly employees and delicious food. This location stands out by offering Pepsi products, a rare find. After a transformation, the store now boasts better food quality, speedy service, and exceptional customer service. Staff greet customers politely and respectfully, and food is delivered with a smile. Rosalinda and Lizbeth’s customer service will definitely make customers come back. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with highchairs and booster seats, and treats like chocolate dipped with sprinkles. They are welcoming and will not turn you away. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a welcoming spot with great food and amazing staff.
