We decided to try this place today and it was fantastic. We ordered the hot and sour soup, a curry beef dish, and some fried chicken wings. All were a slam dunk. The owners are super nice, too. We live out of town, but we'll honestly come back to Shelton just to get food here. Be aware that it's takeout only.
my partner and i got for curry prawn, beef hot garlic, gyoza, and bbq pork slices.
i can’t lie, the mustard for the bbq pork slices was wayy too spicy for us and nothing like we’ve ever had 🤣 but glad we tried it.
the gyoza with the sauce was great!
and the meals were nothing less than incredible!!!!
it was all ready within 10-15 minutes.
honestly disappointed that we hadn’t been here sooner since we felt like we were lacking in a favorite...read full review

Happy Garden is a take-out only Chinese restaurant with very nice people. The food is great, incredibly delish, and everything is on point. Portions are very big, enough for one extra meal. The American style Chinese food is the best in town, with fresh ingredients and larger portions of protein. The honey walnut chicken is so flavorful, and the broccoli has a cravable crunch. The shrimp in the house fried rice is huge and cooked properly. Sichuan tofu is nice, and the soups are no disappointment. The food is way better under new ownership, with a 180 change. Definitely worth it.
