Chinese Restaurants in Shelton

“I love this restaurant! I have been coming here since i was a child, and now my husband and I enjoy the food weekly. The owner knows my husband by name and remembers our order when we call in for to go every week. The food is so delicious, we share the chicken fried rice, egg rolls, and Mongolian beef and it is always so good! There is no Chinese food in Shelton as good as Miako's!“

“Its been close to 10 years since we moved to Shelton. When we first got here, before we had fully unpacked, we got Chinese food from Happy Garden and it was bliss. Truly artisan hands made that food. We continued to enjoy food from HG but some time over the next year something changed. It wasn't as good, but was still above average for Chinese food, and still far better than anything you can get in the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater area. But as time dragged on, the quality continued to decline. We stopped getting food from them. About 2 years ago the name changed, and the prices went up, way up. We didn't try it but word was they were ok. Then, about a year ago, I read that the original owners, from almost 10 years ago, were back. Tonight we finally got some food from them and our tastebuds rejoiced. Everything was made with attention to quality. Yes, prices are higher than they used to be, but for food this good, it is very much worth it. This is not teriyaki house Chinese food, this is real Chinese food, with a tendency toward Szechuan. We are looking forward to ordering more in the near future. If you live in the area and like good Chinese food, get your butt in.“
