“The Garage is a great place to gather with friends for a leisurely weekday breakfast. Their food is excellent and their portions are plentiful. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive and their renowned Bloody Mary's do not disappoint. It a perfect midway point to meet when one sister lives in Indianola and the other in Southworth.“
“This place is wonderful! The standing menu is a little sparse, but I can say that everything that I've tried is absolutely delicious! Furthermore, their calendar is full of different events, and they constantly have special menu items coming and going.As for the alcohol and drinks, there's a pretty wide selection, and just like the name, the ambiance is pretty fun and fitting for a historic Speakeasy vibe!The bartenders and Kandace, who have been our waitress every time, are the sole other reason that makes this place what it is! “We had the caprese bruschetta for an appetizer. Mom had the fish taco from the appetizer menu for her lunch. I had the special, which was a slow roasted beef slider with horseradish, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, and a pretzel bun. Everything was delicious!! Great service. Small pub atmosphere by the water. I would definitely recommend it, and I would definitely eat there again!“
“I've been here at least once or twice a month for about 4 months and I LOVE it here. I usually come for karaoke saturdays and the vibes are fantastic. The staff and clientele are always super nice, the arcade games and pinball are fun, the drinks are good (big fan of the huckleberry lemonade) and it's just an all around great atmosphere and place to be. I always feel at home here.“
“It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the full parking lot was an excellent indicator. Our food was simply great. It was a little difficult to hear with the live music going on, a little earlier than I'd expect, but that can be good too. Just don't expect a quiet place for fancy service on a date.. I only saw 1 guy working the bar, the tables & food service and he was absolutely hustling and working his tail off taking care of everybody. We'll definitely be back !!Vegetarian options: I think the vegetarian options are limited to Fries & Cheese.Dietary restrictions: They were very flexible on available substitutes we requested.Parking: Fairly small lot and lots of customers, well worth working a bit 4 parking.Kid-friendliness: It's very much a bar inside, I'm not sure if kids are even allowed, but the staff was very friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the first floor with pretty standard doorways and the tables are pretty close. I'd be sure to call ahead and see if they could reserve a table by the entrance for wheelchair access.“
“Great place to grab some upperscale bar food. We enjoyed the small outdoor sitting area, where you sit right over the water. We got calamari, brussel sprouts, and the amazing clam chowder.It is an order at the counter style, but they will bring your food to you!“
“Service was very slow, almost non-existent. I had ordered a sandwich and quite a long time later when no food had come, I flagged down a server and asked when I would get my order. I was later informed that they had run out of some of the ingredients for that sandwich. When were they planning on telling me??!! I hesitantly ordered a burger in its place. The crab wontons were good. I don't think I would return there, though.“
“Had fathers day breakfast on the Saturday before fathers day. Took a while to get our food but it was a group of 8 and there was only 1 waitress hustling, we felt bad. And seemed like there was only 1 chef. The food was amazing. I think post covid lack of employees was the problem. They really worked hard to get our food out. HIGHLY recommend the pancakes!!!!“
“A great community gathering place with excellent food. The wings are large and well seasoned. The pizzas are a mark above average and very creative. I must say the salads are a bit unimpressive including dressing that tastes a bit watered down. Definitely recommended for a good meal and if you're there on game night or story night or other live event it's a great place to be.“
“We came for the Indian food... we just moved to belfair and notice their marquee that said they serve Indian food. we always only go to one place but since we lived it's kinda far.. Service was amazing hostess was super helpful on making recommendation off their Indian menu. I will say the place is super cute give a great hometown diner like someplace my grandpa would take when I went to visit over the summer. They did get top ten 2023 best steak on Guru.. If you like pull tabs they have them.. We ordered the garlic naan, chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala and samosa spice level medium. We did do a to go order so we could watch Netflix and eat our dinner. I will say the American dishes coming out of the window looked great especially the patty melt. The portions are really small for the price 17 bucks for the chicken tikka and only like a cup of rice. The samosa are 2 for 6 bucks the yogurt sauce is amazing. The flavor of the food is really great. But it's rather expensive for what we got quantity versus price.. if you like spicy I'd definitely order spicy. Not medium“

“Server and ambiance were both nice. Wish I was able to make a slightly earlier reservation as a few items I was wanting were sold out. That being our alternative choices for dinner were great. Will definitely go back outside of just a special occasion.“
“The food is good. However, anytime we have asked for any kind of substitution we have been told by our server that they would be happy to do the substitution, but we never actually get the substitution. We have visited this location several time and it has happened every time. The service is always good and the food is always good so I’m not sure if its just a communication issue between the serving staff and the kitchen staff but if your asking for a substitution for allergy reasons, you should probably specify and double check your order.“
