It’s sooooo bad. I went there with my mom to look for calendars. One of the associates was wearing a face mask and running through the store like Wile E. Coyote. She knocked my mother over and just kept running. Black greasy hair, very skinny. They had one calendar in the store. It was from Disney. Good job putting Tim Curry’s autobiography out in front, but if he came in there, you’d probably knock him over too.
I'm extremely disappointed and disturbed by the discriminatory treatment I received at this Barnes & Noble location. When I brought my concerns to the management, they responded with laughter, showing a complete lack of empathy and disregard for my experience. Furthermore, when I reached out to corporate, they refused to take action or address the issue.
