Refused service for not wearing a mask. I am exempt from doing so. Refusal of service is a violation of RCW 49.60.215 and ADA. As long as they require a mask to serve customers I will not patronage them and will consider legal action.
rude!!! we walked in 45 minutes befire closing to grab cones and was told they were closing my husband says your sign says 11pm the worker says we clean for a half hour before. we order 4 small dipped cones at 3 bucks each
