Absolutely ridiculous service. Had a mobile order and told the rocket surgeon at the drive through. When I got to the front of the line? I was told to park in front of the lobby door. I did so. Waited for about 15 minutes before going in. One other person in the lobby, and despite seeing and recognizing me the kid behind the counter still took his time with the customer in front of me. the Jack in the box on Sullivan or beyond not professional I went through there about a year ago and ordered eight jumbo jacks they were on sale two burgers for six bucks so I got eight burgers I thought it was weird but they weren't telling me my total cost I have been through and got them before and that didn't happen but after I paid and saw my receipt they charged me full price for each jumbo Jack did not give me the sale they were having I said something and they refused...read full review
