The absolute worst experience ive had from a gym. Period. Walked in and non stop stares from the staff. My 9 year old son FaceTimes me and as I’m sitting on the side wall they tell me “no phones in here, if you need it make a call you need to go stand over there”. Then non stop stares from every employee there as if I’m some kind of monster. To top it off I asked if they had a scale to which they both laughed and said “no we don’t do scales here” I will never return...read full review
I’ve been a member since the gym pretty much opened. This place has gone down hill due to lack of good management. I’m all for kids getting free memberships over the summer, but my friend & I are constantly harassed along with several other women in the gym by 2 highschool boys. We have complained to management numerous times & they just say “schools starting & they’ve been warned”… These boys do hand stands in the free weight area, take their shirts off, constantly...read full review
Extremely difficult to deal with, front desk staff is rude and unwilling to help after taking money after canceling a contract they set up with a minor.
