I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕
I’m a hospital employee and just paid $8.39 for a quad shot mocha… regular milk, no add ins or extras. The prices are crazy high, and although the coffee is good when made right, it’s very inconsistent. Most of the girls are friendly and sweet, but there are a couple that seem annoyed all the time and unhappy to be there. I would not be a frequent patron if it were not for the convenience of it.
Love Thomas Hammer coffee!! The Valley Mall location is my favorite. Smooth, tasty and a perfect cup of coffee every time. The Velvet Hammer is my favorite, hot or iced. The baristas are awesome! When will there be one in Liberty Lake??? There are open spots near Safeway and Yoke's...

Thomas Hammer Coffee Roaster is a popular spot with a wide seating area and friendly staff. It is located on the south hill across from Sac Jr High school, making it a fun place to visit. The café offers a variety of food options and great coffee drinks, including a signature blend that can be brewed at home. However, some customers find the coffee to be bitter and not always fresh due to equipment issues. Occasionally, there can be mistakes with drink orders, leading to some confusion. Despite this, the coffee quality is generally praised, and the baristas are kind and knowledgeable.
The café provides gluten-free options, including the chicken enchilada plate, making it a nice place to work or meet, thanks to its pleasant ambiance and aesthetic. Customers appreciate the availability of a drive-thru, allowing them to support local while enjoying good coffee and food without needing to go inside. Parking can be challenging, but overall, the café is considered worth the effort for those who enjoy a traditional coffee experience. It is a spacious place that can get busy, yet it remains enjoyable for families, with plenty of seating options, cute merchandise, and wifi available.
