I am disgusted I’ve been trying to call and speak to a manager only for the phone to keep ringing and hang up. I ordered tacos and go to eat my first one and there is a medium long dark hair poking out of the taco as I am chewing my first bite. Needless to say I threw away all of my food. I will not be coming back absolutely disgusting and un clean and if that’s not bad enough the service is 1/10. Long waits in line and people in the window are not customer service friendly.
THE WORST NON-SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Got there at 11:30p. Saturday night 9/19/20 several cars already waiting half of them with engines turned off (They are supposed to be open 24 hours on Sat) Cars came, many gave up and left. Got up to the order window, heard some noise from ordering speaker, than nothing.
I think there was only 1 worker- Not even the decency to tell those waiting they were closing early-something at least come put a cone behind those that had been in line before...read full review
Well I have something to say positive! I travel around the Puget Sound area and frequently visit the Jack in the box restaurants throughout the area, of all the their restaurants definitely The Stanwood Jack in the box is the number one Jack in the box ! The food is always excellent! The employees are always performing excellent service! .. My favorite is the jumbo jack with cheese .. Thee best in all of the Puget Sound!
