…best restaurant in the area, with an extensive menu that has something for everyone: Beautiful and fresh sushi, tempura, artful rolls, noodles, classic Japanese appetizers, katsu, etc. Decent selection of Japanese beer and a limited sake offering that includes some higher-end choices. The only disappointment is the atmosphere—very loud with the vibe of a family restaurant just off the Interstate.
Excellent service, friendly and attentive. The food is amazing, it's beautiful and delicious. I can't recommend Shima highly enough, whether you are a sushi aficionado, or a novice, this is the place to go.
My husband and I went here for date night and will definitely be going back.
This place is always busy, we were lucky to not have a wait, the food is amazing.
I am very picky and hard to please, especially when it comes to seafood/sushi. Shima met and exceeded my expectations so much so that this will become a regular date night location for us.
