Outstanding customer service and delicious food! They took the time to call and clarify my order after I made a mistake, and they even unlocked the door after closing so I could grab my pickup when I ran late. That level of hospitality is hard to find. I only did takeout, but the staff and the meal were fantastic. Highly recommend!
…best restaurant in the area, with an extensive menu that has something for everyone: Beautiful and fresh sushi, tempura, artful rolls, noodles, classic Japanese appetizers, katsu, etc. Decent selection of Japanese beer and a limited sake offering that includes some higher-end choices. The only disappointment is the atmosphere—very loud with the vibe of a family restaurant just off the Interstate.

The calamari was tempura battered, cut into sticks, and served with a side of what I’m assuming was miso broth. They were alright, but the flavor came from the salt in broth more so than the batter itself.
