I would recommend this Japanese style restaurant, but know that I've only been to Shima once and wasn't delighted. Since it was my first time I ordered a simple dish of Teriyaki chicken because if that wasn't good there was no way I would order a dish containing raw fish on my next visit. Wonderful people, sincerely the wait staff was so sweet and were super kind with our 6 month old coming into the restaurant.As for the sushi, it is HIGH QUALITY. The variety is impressive and the appetizers are meal worthy on their own. We'll be back to devour more very very soon .

Absolutely delicious! I really love that they have a vegetarian Gyoza option and several plants based rolls, there is one with sweet potato in it that is my favorite. The vegetable tempura is lightly battered and airy. The Tamago is fluffy and sweet. It is a little pricey but most certainly worth the price.
