Based on the reviews, Airport Tavern Music Hall is a fantastic live music venue in South Tacoma. It offers musical diversity and is a great place to see a big rock show. The venue has a large space with great sound, stage lighting, and big, nice restrooms. The staff is friendly and the wait staff is on top of the drinks, with excellent, fast, and polite service. The food is awesome, with options like nachos, French bread pizza, and delicious sliders. While the food choice is somewhat limited and pricey, it is well worth it to support live music. The venue is very safety conscious, with security that is both friendly and eagle-eyed. A small bit of feedback is that it can get quite warm during a show, and more bartenders are needed for larger turnouts. Also, a roped-off area for vaping or smoking would be appreciated. Overall, the inclusive vibes and excellent performances make it a killer place to rock out and have a great time.
