“I have been going to this Arby's for about a year roughly... They have there bad moments sometimes but overall, they have a very solid leadership team and an amazing manager.
Recently they haven't had the best choices in terms of hiring new people and you can especially notice when you go in person. But, Marlena, Ruben, and Jaden always take care of me whenever me and my partner come in.
I noticed in a previous review, there was a picture of a terrible/lazy employee who used to work there but I haven't seen her in weeks and I think they corrected that problem. 🤣
Either way, I love this Arby's and I hope you guys keep up the good work!“
“WARNING!!! THEY SWITCHED TO SMALLER SIZE PRODUCTS & DIDNT TELL CUSTOMERS. NO NOTICE OF THIS IS POSTED. HUGE RIP OFF! JALOPENO POPPERS & MOTTZARELLA STICKS ARE 1/3RD THE SIZE. WHEN I SAW THE HUGE DIFFETENCE IN SIZE, I ASKED THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION (PARKLAND) WHO TOLD ME ABOUT THIS CHANGE IN SIZE. LEAVE REVIEWS & CALL THE RESTAURANT MANAGER ABOUT THIS PEOPLE! IF ENOUGH CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN, MAYBE THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. THIS IS NOT MORALLY OR ETHICALLY ACCEPTABLE. PEOPLE ON FIXED INCOMES & LOW INCOME PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD TO BE RIPPED OFF AFTER THEYVE PAID LIKE THIS. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT GETTING WHAT THEY PAID FOR!“
