my favorite wings in tacoma, hands down! ranch is good too!
Ava is very rude. Her unprofessionalism is appalling. I was told of a restaurant policy that wasn't listed or voiced for an order placed last night with one of the items not being prepared correctly. When I asked where it was listed, she told me that it isn't. I was asking her a question over the phone and she told me she's not going to argue with me and that they're very busy right now. I happened to be in Tacoma today with my family for the train show at the History Museum. The young lady working the window was amazing! The service she provided was polite and excellent. On top of that, the Philly sandwiches were great! If I lived closer, I would certainly be a regular visitor at Philly Go.
