I ordered 11:50ish... at 12:30 I call due to not having heard anything. 1:05pm I call after my lunch was wasted waiting on them. No remorse or customer service was provided. I WILL NEVER order Jimmy John's again..and I'll tell every employee that works with me not too order either. If I could rate less than one star I would do it. Horrible! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
