This is one of my favorite places to eat in Tacoma! If you’re looking for a great breakfast or lunch, this is it. It’s located downtown on the corner of 11th and Pacific. The menu has a lot of options; everything from coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, and even some delicious traditional Korean dishes. I recommend trying the bibimbap–it’s AMAZING! Love this place! I used to live and work on Pac Ave and would get a bi bim bap once a week from Penny. I moved and changed jobs so I haven’t been here in a while. Found myself in the area and am so pleased that Lucky Penny is still up and running!Vegetarian options: Bi bim bap with just egg

Mrs. Penny is a wonderful lady. Treat her with respect and you'll be treated in kind. If she gives you a suggestion, take it and eat it with Gusto! She has never steered me wrong.
