“I’ve been here 4 times since moving to the area earlier this year and all 4 times have been an incredibly pleasant or standout experience. Props to management and everyone who works here. If they have bad days I wouldn’t be able to speak on that, but I can say that I have left this drive through convinced that people still care about the little things every single time. The food is exactly what you expect and consistent most importantly, but it’s the people behind the counter and even that first window that make this place what it is.“

“Every time I've been at this location the food...fries,,burgers, etc. Have always been fresh and hot.one time my breakfast order wasn't complete...I called the location and they were more than willing to,not only give me the rest of my order...but replace the entire order. Great costumer service.“

“usually i'll get my food on the app but i saw this karen going at mcdonald's for the size and price of a egg mcmuffin and i wished there was a way to reply to this person who calls themselves lord howe productions and tell them to download the app as they're deals on breakfast. but to complain about the price. you get what you eat. goodness gracias. but still getting my food from this location still. - richard“

“McDonalds! What more can you say, they just about got it all. Burgers, Salads, Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Nuggets, Ice Creams, to happy meals. Although, I'd like to know CA got grinch boxes for the holidays and you chose not to do it in the US?“

“All winter I had a hard time getting my steak and cheese biscuit without sauce. No one helpful, they even said they remade without the sauce for me to leave and still not be able to enjoy my breakfast because there was still sauce on it. I even made a video of it. Anyhow, there is a lady named Gale, who got my sandwich right and her suggestions is how I got my steak and cheese biscuit with no sauce. I especially enjoy Gale because she lets me share my good news from school with her and is always excited when I bring her good news. Today there was a helpful young man there who took my order rather quickly and got me out there. Service is great as long as Gale is there.“

“So I'm still mad about this even though it was a fat minute but I asked the cashier to let me use the bathroom right? I do what I gotta do and when I try to leave, the door is locked. Now, this was not too bad cuz I did bring my phone. I searched up the location of this restaurant and I called them. I think I was on the phone with the same cashier lady that opened the bathroom for me but anyways I told her about what happened and then they just hung up. Like I was actually mad. Thankfully again, I went with my friends so I told them about it and they told the cashier and then finally. After 10 minutes, I was out of the bathroom. I still laugh about it ever once in a while but it gets me a little mad that people are like that.

Long story short, please take the calls you get next time serious.“

“This McDonald's being downtown Tacoma, One would think That it would be way worse than it is. Though this actual store is not too bad they are quick they are friendly and they make sure your food is done correctly the right way and it's always hot. I do visit this McDonald's quite regularly as I live in the neighborhood. They make sure that there are spaces in the parking lot as They make sure that no one is parking there that is not at the McDonald's As well as keeping the homeless out of the parking lot which is a big deal and hard to do in downtown Tacoma.“

“There is a white kid working there with long black hair. He was in the drive thru today. He was very professional and he cared very much about my order today. He went about and beyond and I just want to say he deserves alot more. I wish him the best. If I could bless him I would“

Within blocks of my McDonald's, and it's just quick and easy. And they've always got my order ready. The online app is killer and I can't think of a time when they've ever screwed up so it's wonderful? I love their rewards program, I get free food all the time???✌️“

“Okay McDonald's is fast food establishment this is one of the most fastest one I seen they constantly have a line going can direct them to park to decide to wait for our order somebody will come and running out with her order and it's always right I don't know if I would like to work like that and have to run all day not for minimum wage but these guys are giving it their best“

So I ended up calling them and they totally remade all the food and I gotta say though it was Soooooo much Better!

Food was Luke warm and burger was all hardend and my fries were all soggy and the drink was totally flat so the whole experience was not good. I wish i could have just gotten what I came for a decent burger and fries with a nice fizzy soda and not at room temperature.

How disappointing I was so hungry to and I waisted like 20$ on some food that i feel like was straight up grabbed out of the garbage can and give it to the customers that's the quality of food I literally got from this place.

I am going to call and complain because I kept my receipt copy I don't wanna come off like a total Karen but I was hungry dang it and that was very much a let down just seeing how hard and gross my burger was when I opened the wrapping.“
