The food was great but the sencha tea was overstepped and the hibiscus was more of an infusion than a tea very strong and bitter. Would recommend for the atmosphere but not if you are a tea lover.
Charming and wonderful. WONDERFUL tea-style finger sandwiches, salads, desserts. You order your tea set and accompanying finger foods in advance of coming, at the time you make reservations, because a lot of care goes into it- the level of an art form. Service is fantastic and atmosphere is so cool. The entire place is decorated and built out of salvaged architectural details and the seating is all private. GREAT place to bring visiting family or have a date.
