Pizza Hut in Tacoma

“This is never happened to me before but I left my wallet at home to grab 20 bucks and went to grab the pizza my boyfriend ordered for us he didn't tell me how much I get there and I don't have my wallet I have 20 bucks and I'm short almost 3 bucks and it's 10:06 at night I went to walk out the door to run home and grab my wallet and Nathan stop me and took care of it for me she is so amazing he really deserves to be moved up and acknowledged because I know he wanted to go home he was working his butt off it was late and he took the three bucks out of his pocket and let me go home with my food what he doesn't know is I had a brain tumor and had to learn how to walk 3 years ago and so my mind isn't always right and so when I left the house without my wallet I usually do not do that I just assumed that I had enough needless to say I hope he gets acknowledged he could have let me head home 15 minutes away to grab the three bucks or let me leave empty-handed and he chose to do neither you don't find any humans like that anymore and he's young so that's even more surprising but a very good asset to your company nonetheless“

“Staff are usually very nice. A little slow at getting to the front counter at times. I didn’t wait too long but it’s a little annoying when you’re standing at the counter and staff is just going about their day Not acknowledging you’re there after making eye contact from three different employees. I usually tip even though it’s a carry out order. They didn’t get a tip today.“

“For over 10 years this place always has my pizza ready fast and the staff are always friendly. Whoever owns this place picks good managers that ensure staff are content if not happy and that supply is consistent. Other than that, this is a typical pick up or deliver Pizza Hut so you know what you are getting.“

“Dont know her name but shout out to the girl who works front counter most nights here with brown curly hair. unlike most people who basically tell you to shut up and just order she actually listens and treats you like a human being. Food is always great and the few times they've made mistakes they've always fixed it without you having to say much.“
