“The only reason i recommended black bear to anyone is for the coffee. But the owner zeke is an absolute creep and gets way to touchy and hands on with some of his baristas. I worked there back in 2016 or so and had the worst experience with him as he asked if I wanted help changing my shirt and bra and then touched my boob telling me "sorry you had a hair" told me he only hires girls with big boobs and that's why I got hired. Told me my moms boobs were big when she came through the stand as well. Never said anything cuz nobody else wanted to come forward and say anything so I left it but come to find out just a month or so ago he did it to a friend of mine that worked there. I hope nobody else experiences this with him and he truly does stop cuz its disgusting and so unprofessional.“

“Does it take a bit of time (if there is a line)? Yes.. is it worth it? Yes! The girls here are always extremely nice (big shout out to Hailey who is always so extremely nice and extra friendly) and they are consistent. The coffee is fresh and ALWAYS good.. the muffins are killer. I went here once and haven't been anywhere else to get my coffee since. Set aside an extra 10mins and get a real coffee from a clean and friendly place. 100% recommend.“

“I really needed caffeine on the drive from Tacoma to Vancouver, so I chose this spot based on proximity to I-5. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and how quickly my drink was made! The women working were super friendly, but didn’t pry with questions like they do at Dutch Bros. Unfortunately I forgot to snap a picture, but their oat milk matcha latte was pretty good! I’m a matcha snob who gets it from specialty cafes, so obviously I didn’t find it mind blowing, but it really hit the spot in a pinch. They signed me up for points, so this is likely to be my new spot for these long trips.“

“I don't know why every time I've gotten coffee here it has made me sick. I'm lactose intolerant so I don't know. I really like the workers here the atmosphere is friendly I just and plus you open at the hour I like to come but I don't like getting sick and I made sure I got non-dairy this time and still got sick 3 times. I did contact corporate about this they were very understanding and I also let them know that this is not a complaint towards the workers at all because the workers at this store doing an excellent job. “They are great but if you go inside you will find that drive through is definitely the priority. I thought I would save time going In because the drive through was around the building. I was treated rudely in the lobby. Always treated well in drive through.“

My only complaint is when I order a chai tea latte, the baristas seem to always assume I want the big train flavor which costs a few dollars more and had a chalky after taste. “My husband and I came here for coffee and I wanted a keto latte: diabetics have to keep carbs down. The barista said she didn't know about that, and the manager overheard so she came over quickly and explained that the staff members were not trained in keto products but she knew exactly what I wanted.
