“Good lord, sweet jesus. This is my 100% all time favorite Mexican restaurant in the state. Don't agree--I'll fight you.Their chicken is roasted over apple wood coals, fresh tortillas, great salsas. My parter and I will day trip from Olympia to Toppenish just to eat lunch here. I can't recommend this more highly.Caveat, not the fanciest establishment. Thier effort is focused where it should be, kicking out the best Mexican, and maybe the best food in the state. Deathbed meal. Don't agree--I'll find you and change your mind, through reasoned discourse, of course.“

“Amazing food! I had not been here in over 6 years, and I'm glad I came back! Today, I had their Caldo de res, and it looked so delicious. I forgot to take a picture of it! Before I realized I had finished it! I've never had bad service or a bad dish! This jewel in Toppenish has to be the best Mexican restaurant in the Yakima Valley!“

“Karlee is an excellent, informed and inspiring host. The Treveri sparkling wines we sampled during our tasting were just outstanding and incredibly delicious.
Karlee patiently explained each of the wines along with the food pairings each would go well with. She helped make our experience outdoors at the tasting room patio a delightful and memorable one. What a beautiful outdoor location!
We highly recommend the Treveri tasting experience to novices and to afficianados alike. We were not disappointed and you won’t be either. It was truly a unique and memorable experience. Karlee elevated that to an even higher level!“

“The food and the people at Taqueria La Plazita are remarkable! When we visit family in Zillah, we look forward to multiple meals consisting of Burria Tacos Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and much more. We frequently order several dozen little street tacos as take out to accommodate a group and they are always a hit!
We consistently receive a warm welcome by the restaurant team members, who make and present their authentic food with love. Meals at this restaurant are a highlight we savor during each of our visits!“
“Review of Hyatt Vineyards Saperavi Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of tasting the Saperavi from Hyatt Vineyards in Zillah, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I poured the deep, ruby-red wine into my glass, I was captivated by its rich color and enticing aromas. On the nose, the Saperavi reveals an impressive bouquet of dark berries, particularly blackberry and black cherry, intertwined with hints of dark chocolate, spice, and a subtle earthiness. It’s a complex profile that promises a delightful tasting experience, and it certainly delivers. Taking my first sip, I was immediately struck by the wine's bold, full-bodied nature. The flavors are beautifully layered, with luscious fruit notes complemented by a touch of oak and a peppery finish. The tannins are well-structured yet velvety, providing a perfect balance that elevates the wine without overpowering the palate. The acidity is just right, ensuring a refreshing quality that invites you to take another sip. What truly sets this Saperavi apart is its remarkable depth and complexity. It’s a wine that evolves with each sip, revealing new nuances and flavors as it breathes. Whether enjoyed alone or paired with a hearty meal—think grilled lamb, rich stews, or even a dark chocolate dessert—this wine stands out as a versatile companion. The craftsmanship of Hyatt Vineyards shines through in every aspect of this Saperavi. It’s clear that the winemakers have poured their heart and soul into creating a wine that not only pays homage to its Georgian roots but also embodies the unique terroir of the Yakima Valley. In conclusion, Hyatt Vineyards’ Saperavi is a must-try for any wine enthusiast. It’s a testament to the potential of Washington wines and a delightful experience that I highly recommend. I can’t wait to return to Hyatt Vineyards to savor this gem again!“

“Wonderful wines paired with heartwarming stories from the owner of this unique winery.“
“This is simply one of the best wineries in the Yakima region. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The wine is refined, with varied varietals and quite simply, stunning. A definite recommend if you're in the area - views from the patio area are simply stunning.“
“Talk with Terry Harrison to learn about the vines.“
“This has become a favorite spot for us to eat and we regularly drive down from Yakima to do so. They have a good menu with enough variety for everyone and the prices are reasonable. Their steaks are some of the best in the area. We have been especially impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the owner and the wait staff. They have always gone out of their way to make sure we are happy with the dining experience and the food. It is located in an old fruit warehouse where they have furniture auctions in the evenings on the weekends making it a fun and unique dining experience. Also, they have the best clam chowder I have had anywhere in the state.“

“My wife and I stopped in after a concert for drinks and fun. Staff was friendly and checked up on us regularly. My wife said her margaritas were perfect, and we didn't order any meals, just went with the ceviche but it was good. We had fun listening to everyone else doing the karaoke, and there was dancing too. Friday and Saturdays are karaoke nights we were told, and we'll be back.
Parking: Lots of parking in the gravel lot across the street if the spots in front of the restaurant are taken up.“

“Lots of space in a cute rustic environment, service was very quick and efficient. I had the sweet and spicy salmon, and it was moist with excellent flavor. My appetizer was jalapeño poppers ..... loved them!
Kid-friendliness: There were several families having dinner with their small children, and portion sizes are big enough to split with the kids.“

“Had such a great experience, atmosphere was nice. everyone was so friendly. we had the margarita flight, it's worth getting but not to share (too good)worth getting. Food was delicious, sauces and ingredients were on point. It was my first time and some of the reviews made me question going but the Karen's that left bad reviews just to be mean must have had a bad day. Give this new establishment a try. My family will be back.“
