Customer service was great, and the atmosphere although in a strip mall, captured a little bit of a real restaurant feel. If you go, order the maple pecan dates. Just trust me. They’re decadent, warm, chewy, sweet, nutty — honestly better than pecan pie. One of those bites where you stop talking mid-sentence because your brain needs a second to process how good it is. The other small bites were great too, but the dates are the star.

Overall, our experience at Fidelitas was relaxed, modern, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Great wine, great staff, comfortable atmosphere — and those dates alone are worth the drive. Highly recommend.“

“We discovered Proof in Kennewick last year when we came down from Spokane for Chiefs vs Ams hockey. Yesterday was our 3rd visit (the first time for the 25/26 season). The waitress remembered us and knew we liked to sit at the bar, Brandon and Jeremy (bartenders) remembered our drinks and what we ordered for food the last visits! “Stopped here to do a wine tasting and wound up staying for lunch and then coming back for their monthly three course dinner later in the evening. The wine was some of the best we tasted in the Red Mountain area, and the food was just as spectacular. Katie who did our tasting was very knowledgeable and told us so much about both the wine and the region as well as how things are grown. She provided excellent wine recommendations and also let us compare and contrast some of the different wines which really made for a great tasting experience. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back often for both the food and the wine, but we had to settle with ordering some to be shipped home.“

“Last Saturday was our first time coming to at, Michelle's for live music! The band Les Stress & the testers was a lot of fun to listen to! The drinks looked great and tasted amazing, the bartender James took care of us from the moment we sat down, explained the drinks, menu, and that the band "Les Stress and the Testers" was playing that evening. We eventually got desert and a few small bites. The cheese cake, brussle sprouts, and chicken mushroom flatbread came out looking amazing and tasted great! We will be back!“

“We had stopped ordering from them because the pizza didn’t taste good or was cold, the twists were not cooked all the way and appetizers were overcooked. Today we tried them again and the food was marvelous. The pizza had the right amount of toppings, was cooked just right and hot. The breadsticks were cooked all the way through and you could actually taste garlic in the bread and the last couple of times, you couldn’t. The only reason I gave them a low rate was because when I called to compliment them on a job very well done, the manager could care less about my phone call. I figured that they would appreciate the compliment since I’m sure when people call, that they are not very nice so I wanted to show them some respect. Oh well, not again.“
