“The service was good the space is small and of course the only seating is at the counter as to the conveyor belt. The only reason I didn't get the higher marks for the food was some of the things I had that should have been hot were not but they were really good about making you anything you asked for that's on the menu card without hesitation. I would suggest if you go to do it during the busier hours. I was there later in the evening you would have a better chance of fresh and more choices during better hours“

“When we travel, my wife & I used to hit Izzy's Pizza in any town that had one. When I heard we had a local pizza buffet, we absolutely had to see if it scratched the itch that Izzy's left behind when they went out of business.

Not only did Shakey's meet that standard, they surpassed it spectacularly. The staff were amazing; attentive, cordial, and genuinely interested in our experience. The manager on duty (wish I could remember her name) was gracious enough to spend some time talking with us about the restaurant's history as we'd mentioned how we'd only just learned of it.

The selection was surprisingly similar to Izzy's but with more choices. There were a few other surprises as well. First, I was only half joking when I requested they make a taco pizza to throw on the buffet; they actually did... 10/10. Second, I haven't seen a good dessert pizza since Godfather's stopped doing their buffet so, when I saw some join the lineup, I was overjoyed; they were great. Lastly, the Arcade in the back really hit that 80's pizza joint vibe. We didn't play any as we'd put all our enthusiasm into enjoying the variety at the buffet before we realized it was even there and I was STUFFED, but it was quite nostalgic all the same.

My only MINOR disappointment was this: We showed up as soon as they opened at 11am and were there until just after noon. Yet, the inside of the store reminded me of a few bars I'd been in where they covered up all the windows and ran on nothing but the minimal number of 60w/2700k bulbs. It felt... dour. NOT dingy; the place was clean as a whistle. It was just a stark contrast to the delightfully exuberant energy we felt from the staff. It doesn't LOOK that way in many of the photos here, so perhaps they had the lighting dialed down and forgot to brighten it that day. Either way, it definitely isn't a big enough problem to prevent our return, as we had a wonderful time.“

“The location is popular they offer a huge variety of Mexican bread and pastries which have always been fresh. They also offer cakes I’ve seen cashiers take phone orders for them. The pricing is fair and food stamps are accepted there. My toddler always gets a cake pop and I love their slices of tres leches and cheese and ham croissants. I would recommend this bakery panaderia to anyone.“

“All you can eat..... the best thing about this trip was the AYCE. Also got a burger and the sampler for the others.
Burger was cooked well and stacked high. The sampler was a full plate of choose 3 sides and 3 sauces. Why di they only bring 5 shrimp at a time? 10 at a time would be better. Oh well, just means they need to stop at my table a few extra times.
Service was quick and simple, payment was quick using the tablet at the table.
Atmosphere is not something to worry about here. Same setup from one to the next.“

“Holy smokes!! Had breakfast here today and was thoroughly rocked!! Omg how delicious everything was! The sweet tea was served in a mason jar!! (Just like home in the south) and the portions are HUGE! I had the fried steak, which was breaded and cooked perfectly! The country gravy was spot on and smothered well!! The biscuits were so moist and soft.. the butter and HOMEMADE JAM was out of this world… you easily could taste the freshness and naturalness of it. We also ordered the cinnamon roll French toast… the icing, the toast… omg… simple incredible! Cannot say it enough how amazing everything was! Everything tasted handmade and fresh… definitely worth the drive from Kennewick. Definitely our favorite place for breakfast now! So glad we had so much leftovers… cause I’m going to salivate and enjoy a round two! Can’t wait to come back for breakfast… and definitely want to try lunch/dinner. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!“

“WOW! Just WOW! Unfortunately, the pandemic closed most buffets down, apparently permanently. Fortunately, Pasco’s Red Lion has risen from the ashes. They brought in a new chef specifically to ramp up their cuisine, and HOLY COW did they nail it. They raised the bar to the point their Thanksgiving 2022 holiday buffet topped every buffet we’ve found in our road trips all over the lower 48 states. We’ve never before seen such a consistently superior array of veggies, meats, desserts, salads, fruit, and sides featuring off-the-chart flavors, textures, freshness, variety, and tummy-rubbing pleasure. Diners from health nuts to trough feeders — both apply to me — can satisfy any appetite in awe. Your next opportunity for this fabulous, special holiday treat is Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023. They told me reservations will be available somewhere around mid-March*. Don’t miss this opportunity. They will accommodate, pamper, and please you and your tastebuds whether there are two or two dozen people at your table. * Unfortunately, their website doesn’t even mention their holiday buffets, their phone system is among the worst I’ve ever encountered, and it took me hours to paste this review. On the rare occasions that anyone answers any of their phone numbers, they’re unfamiliar with the buffet and/or give incorrect phone numbers (e.g., the Columbia Basin College Security Police phone number) for information about it. This must cost the hotel and the restaurant a tremendous amount of business. Some employee needs to bring his kid in there and get their act together. One exception has been Sandra, who, when I can reach her, gets answers for me. In the meantime, go to their Seasons Restaurant website to find out more about their smaller daily buffets at 11 AM (not 11:30). Each weekday offers a specific cuisine including at least two very good main entrees plus many sides priced from the basics right up to prime rib, as you choose. I’d catch those daily buffets more often if their desserts weren’t so fantastic or if I had more will power. I have absolutely no connection with the Red Lion. I simply love to eat outstanding food — the more the better — and their holiday buffets top my list. It’s too bad they’re so secretive about it. They should be shouting it from the rooftops.“

“i’ve been eating Brucci subs for the last 20 years in Spokane. They always have.A1 Sauce to put on top, but this one does not. It makes all the difference to have that.
Although the one in Spokane is super cheap and want to charge you like $.50 for
a couple tablespoons. Bring back the A1 and give it for free!“

“I've eaten here for years. Food has always been delicious, BUT... the price for the portions has gotten a little pricey. What I would order went from $13 to over $18 in less than a year. I understand beef prices are high, but it does cost a lot for what you get. I'd come here again but not as often as I used to.“

“We stopped by after a night out of Christmas light sightseeing with our 5 year old grandson and 6 year old nephew, one hour prior to closing time, which we all know can be the worst time . Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was top notch!! Tim was phenomenal along with the rest of the crew including the cook!! They were all friendly, attentive, respectful & they all wished us a wonderful evening as we left. These People definitely need recognition for being exceptional!!
