WOW! Just WOW!
Unfortunately, the pandemic closed most buffets down, apparently permanently. Fortunately, Pasco’s Red Lion has risen from the ashes. They brought in a new chef specifically to ramp up their cuisine, and HOLY COW did they nail it. Nice place couldn't find right away didn't realize it was in the red lion motel. Friendly customer service food was good
We recently had a Christmas buffet here with our family for 2025, I had never been here before, but I was overall very pleased with the assortment of choices. I spent most of my calories eating the prime rib and other meat selections (meat balls, ham, bacon in small quantities). Surprisingly, everything tasted fresh and organic (especially the strawberries and fruits), certainly a higher quality than you normally expect at a buffet. Seasons Restaurant & Buffet at Pasco’s Red Lion has become a standout in the area, even after most buffets closed due to the pandemic. The new chef has taken the cuisine to a whole new level, especially with the incredible Thanksgiving 2022 holiday buffet that left diners in awe. From veggies to desserts, the quality, variety, and flavors were unmatched. The upcoming Easter Sunday buffet promises to be another fantastic dining experience. The daily buffets at 11 AM offer a range of cuisines with delicious main entrees and sides, including tempting desserts.
While the hotel lobby is impressive and the staff is friendly, some guests have found issues with the exterior doors and lack of elevators in certain buildings. Despite some challenges with communication and phone systems, the standout service and amazing food at Seasons Restaurant & Buffet make it a top choice for visitors looking for a memorable dining experience in Pasco.
