“Sometimes a bad experience can turn into a great experience. I recently ordered online from Watershed FC and paid in full. Unfortunately, management forgot to update their website that they were closed that day. So, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the doors were locked! I was frustrated. So, I wrote into the website and asked for a refund. By the time I got home (15 minutes), I received two emails and a phone call. They were deeply apologetic, and I could tell their reaction was genuine. They not only refunded me immediately, but they also gave me two free future pizzas, just to say they were sorry. The GM, Mike Mercer, is a class-act, and the employees are always accommodating and professional. It was nice to see people care about their customers! The food is great, too, btw. It's the best pizza around.“

The first time I was here I was by myself and ordered the Bread &Oil, followed by Kalua Pork Mixed Plate. Our experience started with a tasting of every single flavor they offer at their Seattle shop! It was a wonderful experience paired with a glass of prosecco! We got to choose 6 flavors to offer our guests!
The overall booking process was super easy and email communication was easy.
The night of the wedding, Paul (co-owner), arrived to serve for us in their super cute and aesthetic ice cream cart! He is so sweet and kind.
Our guests got to pick from cups or cones and various flavors. We also had a little toppings bar set up.

“This brewery had the BEST root beer on tap I have ever had on. I will definitely be coming back for some delicious root beer. I took some to go!! The brewery itself is beautiful and very friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend this brewery to someone. The coolest part was that they had coffee brewing too!! How awesome. “The manager here is completely rude to his customers and his staff. Refuses to refund or replace and item made incorrectly. Just terrible customer service. Think twice before giving your money to such a terrible person. Read many other reviews that talk about how the staff here is treated. The food is mediocre at best, but even of it was better, service matters. I'd encourage the owners to think about how they treat people and how they would like to be treated as a customer when the business was at fault. Disgusting. There were mushrooms sent to a kid with an allergy when it was clearly noted on the order to leave them off, there was a hair in the pizza. I would encourage the owner to take a class in customer service and learn to do what is right instead of being rude and snarky.“

The tables and chairs themselves are standard diner chairs, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Food and drinks were fast but we were one of three groups at the bar. There are a few pool tables and a bunch of darts.

“To David Nguyen, that left the poor rating today. I witnessed the exchange between you and the taproom manager this afternoon. I suspect you were very distracted with the kiddos as you arrived at the front door because the sign that show the tap room as 21 + is clearly visible as you come to the front door. See attached picture. The manager was flat out professional and courteous to you and the other employee was trying to be solution oriented with the suggestion to accommodate you situation by setting up seating outside the 21+ area. This is a great business and the service is ALWAYS excellent! You come back without the kiddos and I’ll be happy to buy you a round.“

The tofu is perfectly crispy and the veggies have life in them unlike most vegan pho-like soups that nuke them into mushy oblivion. The service and vibe are always impeccable as well. If this Xom were in my neighborhood I’d be eating here multiple times per week!“

“Right in the heart of Amazon SLU, King Leroy has a trying to dive bar feel to it, except it's clean, has huge natural light windows and some interesting cocktails.

Didn't try any of the food here but it looked good. Bar service is quick and attentive.

One tip: it may look big but the acoustics of this place is loud, so keep that in mind.“

“Great service at Zeek's in Seward Park. It was nice to be able to reserve a spot for our group of 12. It was noisy in the side room, but our server was fantastic and took great care of us. The large pizzas are huge and we had extra to bring home as a bonus!“

“We hosted a small gathering in the speakeasy section of Civility and Unrest. The service was good and the food was pretty good as well. Our bartender was great, we definitely did not have any complaints there. The vibes were vibing! Definitely recommend this spot for good food, drinks, and a nice place to have a conversation with friends or a partner.“

“Airport food is always expensive. I debated getting a breakfast sandwich from a nearby food court place for carry-out but when I saw they (the carry-out coffee/sandwich place) were charging the same price for a breakfast bagel ($18-19) with no sides, I decided to sit down and eat a full breakfast meal with sides for the same price! I ordered the Rise & Shine (scrambled eggs with cheese, toast, potatoes, meat). It was very good.

I would have eaten and left and not posted a review, but my server/waitress was so incredibly kind, attentive, and great that I had to post a review! She didn’t have a name tag but my receipt says Jarupa for the name. Very kind and exceptional quality service! Give this woman a raise! :)
