“Sometimes a bad experience can turn into a great experience. I recently ordered online from Watershed FC and paid in full. Unfortunately, management forgot to update their website that they were closed that day. So, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the doors were locked! I was frustrated. So, I wrote into the website and asked for a refund. By the time I got home (15 minutes), I received two emails and a phone call. They were deeply apologetic, and I could tell their reaction was genuine. They not only refunded me immediately, but they also gave me two free future pizzas, just to say they were sorry. The GM, Mike Mercer, is a class-act, and the employees are always accommodating and professional. It was nice to see people care about their customers! The food is great, too, btw. It's the best pizza around.“

You have to order separately, so the brewery shares the space. Not a place to be seeking royal treatment, but it is chill and I will definitely be revisiting for as long as possible in the future. “This brewery had the BEST root beer on tap I have ever had on. I will definitely be coming back for some delicious root beer. I took some to go!! The brewery itself is beautiful and very friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend this brewery to someone. The coolest part was that they had coffee brewing too!! How awesome. I loved this place. The employees were incredibly kind. 10/10“

“The manager here is completely rude to his customers and his staff. Refuses to refund or replace and item made incorrectly. Just terrible customer service. Think twice before giving your money to such a terrible person. Read many other reviews that talk about how the staff here is treated. The food is mediocre at best, but even of it was better, service matters. I'd encourage the owners to think about how they treat people and how they would like to be treated as a customer when the business was at fault. Disgusting. There were mushrooms sent to a kid with an allergy when it was clearly noted on the order to leave them off, there was a hair in the pizza. I would encourage the owner to take a class in customer service and learn to do what is right instead of being rude and snarky.“

“Stopped here to find a lotus energy drink and got lucky!!! They had a few options to choose from and all sounded very tasty! I got the "Glow Up" Coconut, Blue Raspberry, Blue Lotus Energy Drink with Coconut Milk! Tasted very good!!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, lots of tables and chairs. Relaxing, chill space. Lots of cider drinks to choose from as well as some food options. Very clean and tidy and would go here again if I'm in the area!“

“Went to haps for our first time in almost a year this week and it was delicious! I got the haps burger and my son got a chicken sandwich and we both got fries. Everything tasted so good - we are already planning our next visit! Our shakes were made by Bill, the manager, who was so friendly and helpful - he actually checked on us as we were leaving - we were not expecting such great food and service! Whatever changes they’ve made since we were here last are working!!!!“

“Great to see the owner be able take over the space and turn it into an independent pizza place! Same great location, same great people, but now the pizza is more affordable and even better than before.

Also, I saw a recent review from someone who couldn't figure out how much toppings cost on a build your own pizza. Yes, it should probably be listed. But it took me about ten seconds to figure out that meat toppings are $2 and veggie toppings are $1. All you have to do is count the toppings on one pizza, and compare it with the toppings on another, and figure out the price difference.

Also, as someone who would eat pizza every day, there are not very many good pizza options in this area. This is one of the best. Most of the other ones are overpriced, too specialized, or have weird hours. Not sure what places the reviewer was thinking of, but, then, I'm not in the habit of posting negative reviews from a single experience that involved a basic inability to do simple math.

Some people, though, just post negative reviews because they're picky and don't understand the service industry. If you're unhappy, just don't go back. Why post a negative review that could lose money for a small business unless it's something egregious? Keep your b.s. complaints to yourself.“

“It's actually the best Pho I have ever tried and definitely coming back. Here is a tip, all other Vinason location suck and really not same quality. The pho soup boiling that long to taste that flavors is just way too good that I wanna come back. This location is really under rated, please have all your other locations the same otherwise they are really not tasting good.

“This place is a gem among basic airport options. We had two orders of the signature beef patties and both order were incredible, so flavorful and cooked to perfection! We also had the chowder which is too notch. Add locally sourced beers, spirits and ingredients along with phenomenal service from Rocio and this was one of the most memorable airport meals we've ever had.“
