Classy dim sum restaurant, very modern and sleek. Very good portions and easy ordering. A bit slow at times to restock small things such as water and napkins, but wonderful food. Encouraged family style eating, and yummy food.
First time here. We liked that there were so many choices. The food came quickly & was very flavorful.

the food is mid, atmosphere is pretty good with a big window leading to the evergreen view of washington state they also have a bar.

Mr. Dim Sum offers a lively dining experience, even after several weeks of opening. The interior feels fresh but can appear dark due to the flooring. A paper menu lists numerous dim sum dishes. However, the food at Mr. Dim Sum received mostly positive reviews. A favorite among diners is the Chinese donut in rice roll, with its crispy donut and thin, wrapping noodles. Other popular dishes include pan-fried pork buns, pan-fried taro cake, and golden custard buns. The quality of food is decent overall. Prices are reasonable. Exceptional service is also noted. On the other hand, some reviews mention inconsistent quality in certain dishes. Wait times and service can also be slower when the restaurant is busy. Overall, Mr. Dim Sum is a good spot for dim sum and is worth visiting. The shrimp dumplings were huge and flavorful, baked BBQ pork buns were delicious, and fried sesame balls were just the right size and delicious. Black pepper beef short rib was a favorite, with tendered and juicy short ribs. Stir fried radish cake with XO sauce was a top favorite, nicely pan fried with a spicy sauce. Purple potato with golden custard was a nice dessert, a mochi ball stuffed with oozing custard. The dining area was nice and intimate. The service was great for an elevated experience.
