I am so full! Hot tea, followed by taro puffs (savory with a hint of sweetness, perfect crunch), fried garlic with eggplant (perfect amount of salt, I've never had douchi before, I ate a lot of them), Grandma's braised pork belly (omg it was like butter), Tsingtao lager, sesame coated red bean paste balls, and sichuan jelly (possibly called bingfen?), which is the cold dessert option.
This place is awesome, definitely coming back to try the warm dessert and some seafood.

Imperial Garden Beijing Duck Dim Sum Seafood in Kent, Washington, offers an exceptional dim sum experience with dishes bursting with flavor, including delicate dumplings and perfectly cooked buns. The ingredients feel fresh, and the presentation is top-notch. The restaurant is pretty and surprisingly big inside, with an inviting ambiance suitable for family gatherings or casual meals. Staff are attentive and pay attention to details, though getting the check at the end takes extra time. The food arrives quickly, and iPads are now used for ordering. Each dish is not large, allowing guests to choose a variety of foods to share. Favorites include the eggplant, braised pork belly, and honey walnut shrimp, while the gensing chicken soup is small but packed with chicken, slightly bitter yet sweet. However, if stopping by late close to closing time, staff smoke inside, which is off-putting as the smoke clings to clothes. The food used to be overly salty, but after a chef change, it is now delicious and flavorful, considered the best in WA for authentic Chinese dinners. Despite a higher bill of about $20-40 a plate, it is worth it for a table of 12. Siu mai is pretty good, but rice roll is more wrinkly than pictured.
