“My daughter and I ate here the other night, we thought the restaurant was closed due to no cars in the parking lot, and it was 8pm. But we were surprised, as the service was great and the food came super quick. It was really good, I'll be back to try more things on the menu.“

Y'all should really have your morning crew train your evening crew how to wrap a crunch wrap though. Every single time I get one in the evening, they are flat and folded horribly. There is always a giant hole in the middle and its impossible to eat them without them just falling apart.“

“Fantastic food and service! Went for my husband’s birthday. I ordered the pineapple shrimp and they literally fire roasted it at the table. He got the carne Asada, my cousin got a burrito and my son had fajitas! All delicious! They sang him happy birthday and gave him some cheesecake with a firework candle! I have yet to try the other burrito option though, so maybe that's what I need to go for, as the other one comes with avocado & sour cream.The carne asada plate was also devoured quickly, so that's great too!“

“We do girls nights at West Side El Sarape on a monthly basis. Last night, the chicken was dry in the fajita salad that I ordered. Definitely over priced for a typical salad and some chicken. My bill was $61 after ordering 1 drink, fajita salad and to hold off on the order to go, fajita quesadilla. Instead, she brought it to the table a good hour before we left and said its still warm. She never asked if I was ready to have it made or even leave. When I got home, the to go order was not what I requested, instead, fajitas. Very over priced and disappointed. Did price changes happen on the menu that do not reflect online menu?“

My wife and my son got a chicken burrito, my son enjoyed his, and my wife seemed to like hers till after. She kept burping up the flavor, but she wouldn't say she got sick. “This is the only Taco Time in the Olympia area you should be going to. It's the one in the Hawks Prairie area and it's the best. They take you back to when Taco Time cared about quality and service. They don't skimp on your portions, and the food is always fresh like they advised. Every time I have visited I've always been greeted by the most friendliest staff! “This is a great little store, lots of real mexican products here and fresh veggies. They didn't have fresh flour tortillas, that I was looking for. Not sure I am going to be able to find that in Olympia. They have a very large selection of yummy cheeses like oaxaca. The butcher has a ton of selection. I don't understand the negative comments on here. The butcher and cashier both smiled and were friendly, but I also can speak some spanish which always helps.“

I’ve been to Alibertos Taco Shop on College Street in Lacey, Washington, about three times now, and every visit has been incredible, but today was extra special. I brought my whole family, and the service was absolutely phenomenal! The food came out quickly, and every bite was delicious.

The flan? Oh my goodness, it’s the best I’ve ever had in my entire life! I also ordered the sopaipillas with carne asada, and they were bursting with flavor—simply perfection. Their salsa bar is fantastic, offering a variety of salsas to suit every taste. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and to top it all off, they’re open 24 hours a day and have a drive through!!

I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic food and a welcoming atmosphere, Alibertos Taco Shop is a must-visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
