“I'm not sure why so many negative reviews for this place. Yes, it's on the pricey side. Everyone has different likes and I like Panera food, and I like to think it's on the healthier side of daily options. I've been in several times in the last year and it's always clean-ish (crumbs on tables). Wonderful service and kind staff. My current favorite is the Flatbread Chipotle chicken yum! I also recently discovered their breakfast menu which is tasty too! It's worth a try, and make your own choice.“
“Stopped by before hitting the mountain for the day. Was greeted by the owner in a friendly manner. This appears to be a small shop with a focus on quality and people. I’m a picky coffee person (non-milk drinks), and this coffee is definitely worth coming back for. Very good. I was skeptical I’d find something good in the area, but this checks the boxes. “What a treat for my toddler! Perfect place for rainy days and cold winter days. This place is so cute and clean. One big open room with a main wood play fixture with various themed play areas and plenty of toys. We went on a Friday morning right when they opened. Hannah at the front was very friendly and helpful for our first time. So convenient that they serve coffee, teas, beverages along with simple snacks for kiddos & adults. Also merchandises can be purchased as well. What a unique place. Plenty of seats and play area is fully gated. $12 for whole day- able to leave & return. Pretty affordable! For kids six and under so I don't need to worry about bigger kids accidentally knocking down my toddler. Highly recommend!“

“This is our hometown cafe, which is within walking distance, and I have zero complaints about that.The employees are always nice and friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food and drinks are yummy. There is a great little kids play station to entertain the wee ones and plenty of seating.The coffee is tasty, and I constantly crave their homemade breakfast burritos and scones.There is also a drive-through option when I'm on the go.“

To her credit, she made amends by apologizing to all of us. Being in the service industry myself, I know this is not always the easiest thing to do.
