Farrar's Bistro Reviews
I can't recommend this place enough. The food is always great. Today we had the deviled eggs, gorgonzola cheese cake, and the berry salad. All of it wa excellent including the amazing drink selection. The place itself has a great atmosphere inside and outside. Our sever, Kemper, was so helpful and kind and even gave us some great suggestions for pairings. Go to Farrar's, you won't be disappointed!
This was the second visit in the last few months and again, it was so disappointing!
Usually fantastic happy hour food and drinks… this time, wedge salad with chicken was awful. They “deconstructed” it to make ur easier to eat. This must have been confusing to the kitchen (as the waitress recommended) but I had missing blue cheese abs also had no dressing.
I could have made this $20 salad at home for less than $10. Super frustrating.

Our first time here. Entered the bar and the only person visible was a customer at the counter. We waited 2 min. No employees. Customer pointed to the restaurant. We entered. No employees. 2 female customers were seated drinking water. We sat at a nearby booth and waited 6 min. A blonde braided server approached. Farrar's Bistro is a charming establishment that delivers great food and exceptional service. With a cozy indoor seating area, a bar, and a delightful outdoor patio, the restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere. The menu features a variety of delectable options, including the popular deviled eggs and berry salad, as well as tasty sandwiches like the turkey cranberry and pulled pork. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for food and drink pairings. The atmosphere is relaxed and lowkey, making it a good spot for those who enjoy simple American fare and a chill vibe. The food and service are always good, and the menu offers interesting new recipes to try. The gorgonzola cheese salad dressing is highly recommended, and the outdoor patio adds to the inviting ambiance. Parking can fill up quickly, with street parking available about a block away. Whether for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, Farrar's Bistro remains a favorite for its delicious cuisine and friendly environment. The BLT was perfect. The club sandwich is a great option. The bar has great options on sports to watch, and the iced tea seemed homemade. The air-conditioning needs an upgrade or fix or something, as it was quite warm on a hot afternoon. The fries were almost good, not particularly crispy and seemed kind of chewy and dense, but well seasoned.
